This also applies after termination of the employment relationship.
Conflicts of interest are understood as competing personal interests with those of Procotex Corporation S.A. We expect our employees to behave in an ethical manner in such a situation. Conflicts of interest can also occur when dealing with the Internet: use in the private interest, sending of private emails with company signature, use of proprietary property in private interest.
The Procotex S.A. Corporation is committed to the free market economy and fair competition and conducts business solely on the basis of free, unhampered competition.
We allow gifts and other benefits if they are business-standard and ethical, but none of our employees may claim such from business partners.
Employees of Procotex S.A. Corporation may not disclose information that has not yet been published for their personal benefit, or for the benefit of others. These include customer data, supplier data, employee data, records, financial data, operating data, and other information related to our business and our operations and future plans.
